Cancellations up to 90 days prior will be no charge. Cancellations up to 30 days prior will be $100 processing fee. Inside of 30 days, no refunds however we will be happy to apply the fees (minus $100) to a future meeting within one year (December or June). Any difference in fees is responsibility of Attendee and no refunds if meeting is of lower cost.
