Call For Abstracts
Poster / Abstracts Submissions
Posters may submitted for display during our poster sessions on Friday and Saturday.
Submission deadline is June 10, 2011. Submissions should be sent electronically to kdennis@mdmeetingdesigns.com
Only attendees of the meeting may submit posters for consideration.
Approval will be granted or denied within 2 weeks of submission.
Accepted posters must arrive at the Broadmoor by June 16, 2010. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. If no return shipping packaging, instructions and payment are included, the posters will be destroyed at the conclusion of the meeting.
Size requirements and shipping instructions will be provided upon acceptance of your submission.
